Now located on the Lower Level. Take the elevator down to “B” or take the stairs (located behind a door) in the lobby down to the lower level and follow the signs. Please refer to the video on the home page for more detailed instructions. Approximately 1 mile east of the Tuckerton exit off the parkway (Exit 58)

Handicap parking, an accessibility ramp, and elevator are all available to use for those who may have any physical limitations.

We are a single therapist facility, plus need at least a day before appointments to send out our digital intake forms & Covid pre-screening requirements, so no walk-ins are accepted!
